I got to 268! Well put together game! The only critique I have is maybe make some kind of visual thing to look at while your eyes are closed. It's a cool concept, but looking at a black screen for so long is kinda eh.
Any suggestions for what the visual might be? I think you're right about a black screen not being ideal, I'm just not sure what would still make sense.
Very nice little game, I would make it a bit faster and add some more obstacles besides just zombies, since you can just keep walking in a straight line and be safe for a long time.

I totally agree with your critique, and if I make any updates to this, I plan on starting the game with a few zombies already spawned in.
